Test Pipe or Converter???
The title sais it.
I have an 02 Civic, my converter is broken, I'm i better off replacing the converter w/ another stock converter or an aftermarket testpipe...also does my car have odb1 or odb2????

Does Massachusetts have emissions inspection?
If so, everything will be easier if you just got a hold of a stock cat.
Cheapest bet, obviously, is to find a used one.
