*the DOHC decal on the rear hatch glass on crx's

looking for:

A - a place to buy the decal (honda of japan?)

B - the font it was done in

C - colors it came in

D - exact size width and height

E - material (ie, vinyl?)

F - did it come on a crx model stock? if so details

excuse my image stealing, its a crx on this forum

 

I'm pretty sure you can get the decal here on h-t for like 20 or 30 bucks, think I saw it and SOHC for sale sometime a while ago. Gotta love that torino red crx...:-)

can someone measure exactly the distance between the tint areas of the hatch?
(my crx is in storage)

also, is the decal on the inside of the hatch or outside?

doesnt the real DOHC decal have little holes all throughout it? and i am pretty sure that its not on the outside of the glass...

 

the real one is dot matrix style, very hard to duplicate

 

anyone have a sample image of this type of vinyl in dot matrix style?

i did a rough outline to get some of the letters to start to take shape. this is what i have so far

i think you guys are confused, it just looks dot matrix because its behind the glass and the glass has a dot matrix look to it

 

The seller in the eBay auction linked earlier in the thread is the same guy that you stole the pic from, just get one from him. They are exact replicas I believe, scanned from the original, but you'd better ask him to be sure...

Honda Japan discontinued it a long time ago and was strictly an Honda Access accessory.
