I went with 16's mainly since I already had them, but I think 16's look nice - if you choose the right one. 15's don't look small, but I've daily driven the 205/40/16 Parada spec2's - no noise or ride complaints.
I wouldn't go with 17's on anything but an EK that's more for show.

Think about rotating mass. The smaller the wheel the less force it would take to spin it right? If you got a freaking huge wheel you add a lot of weight to spin so you could be making your car slower. Unless you are getting some huge freaking brakes that restrict you from getting them go for the 15s.
That gets me curious... What are the biggest brakes available for the efs?

You can stuff 11.1" brakes on them, but that's just a waste of money. 10.2" and accord calipers is the most you'd ever need, even with the brake bias shifted far forward by slamming your car, swapping in a heavier motor, and adding the heft of a turbo setup. Those need 15's.
BTW, my rims are 13-14lbs (konig traffiks), and the same height as the stock 13's. Not much more rotating mass than most cheap 15" alloys.
