gsr head dowel pins

how many are there? im talking about the down pins needed to help center the head onto the block....just putting together my motor and on the pic from the dealer showed only one and im pretty sure 2 was used...so any help is appreciated

Theres 2. Both on the exhaust side.

and there is also another small dowel pin that the dealer sent me that comes with a rubber o ring...any idea where that one goes?

um theres nothing like that. You may be talking about the oil orifice. Its not a dowel pin but I guess it could look like one when it wasnt installed. It goes on the intake middle side on top of the block between cyl 2 and 3.

If thats not it post a pic of what your talking about.
