Help: Stock deck won't disarm.

Help: Stock deck won't disarm.
I disconnected my battery when i was putting new headers in, and now that I hooked it back up, my deck is showing me the "Code." I've used the code a few times before to disarm it due to dead batteries, etc, and I've never had a problem, but this time it won't disarm. Any ideas?
