Highly unlikely. It would depend on the axle, spacers, and diameter of the rotors.
Can I ask why you need to fit an F4i wheel and brakes to an 05 600RR? Or vice versa?

If you laid it down hard enough to damage the front wheel, be sure to get the forks checked out too.
I would suggest going with the RR wheel. Less changes = less headache.

You will probably end up having to use different axles or spacers. You can always check to see if the part #'s are the same for the wheel.
EDIT: I just checked, looks like they only share a couple of part #'s, the wheel weights and the bolt disk (6x17). The bearings are different sizes also, rotors and everything else are pretty much diff part #'s. If you want to compare the part #'s your self, lookup http://www.ronayers.com

Just hope it's not bent, that would suck. In most cases you would have to buy the wheel and the rotors seperate too though. Some people sell them together though.
