i have a 98 civic coupe. I just recently swapped out my d16y7 (dx) intake manifold in a for a d16y8 (ex) one and ive been having problems. keep getting CEL and the code 45 and my car always wants to die while im driving. any ideas on what i should do.

 

ive tried to clean my fuel pressure regulator. bled my coolant. and resetted my ECU. still code 45 (fuel system too rich or too lean).

anyone?
