Default Sedan Swap

Alright so I'm looking into getting a 4 door 91. BUt there i not too much info on swaps for these things. I have read info on swaps for Rex's but not for the sedan. I'm not sure if there are difference or anything. But I have read about the difference from a si and dx. You have to convert from dual to multi and such. But what are the specifics between LX's and other sedan models for a swap. Oh yeah I read about a conversion harness, but if I under stand the wiring for a b16 from this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1193782 tutorial would I still need one? Sorry for the newb questions I am just doing my research for my first attempt. Hope you guys understand and wish me luck.

Sedans and hatches and crxs from 88-91 are mechanically identical.

sedan swap is same as rex

So which model would I want if I didn't want to mess with the injection wiring?

88&89 did not come in the ex only 90-91 did for the sedan
ex would not need a conversion harness the only thing that would have to be hooked up is the vtec

Yup. The EXs are MPFI, same engine and all as the SI.

Someone answer me this. Am I still correct that he needs to convert to either obd-1 or obd-2??

YUP, cause he can still get the OBD-0 b16 swap and not have to do any type of conversion besides adding the vtec subharness
