Default altenater

wats the easiest way to get it out, i dont wana take my axle out n i dont see any easier way. i seen a post a while ago bout it but i cant find it.

but yea my alternater finallly went out but napa was still open and i made it home on a new battery in the night time, i thot for sure my battery would die cuz of the headlights

and would it be normal for my car to idle up n down when ur running on jus a battery and no alternater?

You can do it without removing the axle. Remove the oil filter . Unbolt the intermediate shaft bracket and flip it down. Now bolt the alt and flip it around until you can wiggle it down between the axle and subframe.
