00B16a2 into 99ex..3 ecu codes

PO1337-engine speed RPM, flucatuation sensor no signal
PO505-Idle control system malfunction
PO135-Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor...heater malfunction

I need to know how to fix all these..or what cause them..asap cars running like ****..
