Default Heater blows cold air and I live in Colorado.....sweet!

Anyone know how to get my heater blowing hot air again?

I thought maybe the thermostat so I bought one. Haven't installed it yet, but figured I would need one eventually anyway. The temperature control **** is pushed into the control panel a little bit so it's not extremely easy to turn to the right for warmer temperature, however it was turned all the way to the right already.

Is there a quick fix or should I just replace the whole control panel?

Haven't looked under dash yet but I can now rule out the "lever" in the engine compartment.
