if your ps pump leaks then it leaks...i dont know what else to say....the fluid is coming from somewhere....

it could be oil leaking from the valve cover gasket...the only thing i think would leak on the ps pump is either the o ring on the high pressure line or if your low pressure line isnt fitted on right....

Are you sure it's not just condensation from your A/C condenser, thought that was in that region ?
If none of your oil / ps fluid is getting lower then it must be the above or a slight coolant loss, failing all else try get a sample of the fluid for a closer look to determine what it actually is.

well the front of the valve cover isnt leaking but the pump it self is leaking cause im guessing that its dripping down the front of the block and puddling up by oil dip stick

Most likely the O ring no. 17 on this diagram needs replacing ? While your at it best replace all O rings 18 & 19 as well.

is there any way to tell the diff between oil on the ground and PS fluid?

and besides wouldnt the power steering pump leak more when the car is driving cause there is more of a load on it ??? and wouldnt leak as much when its just idleing

You could read this it tells you briefly how to identify the different fluids :

When I mention it may be condensation from the A/C I meant that it could be just water forming, this is normal for water drops to be formed through the use of the A/C, it won't be a leak of fluids from the inside as that is refrigerant and would just evaporate without being noticed. Sounds 90% like a small drop of p/s fluid is getting past your O ring.
