Hmmmm. Greedy little car salesmen.
Retail Value is around 18K.

They state the car is new, but it has several aftermarket parts on it and well...the Title says year 2000 on it. Maybe I'm missing something.

I usually don't post about e-Gay things...

But with 1,264 Miles. I would pay $25,000 for it. Of course in stock condition.

I call bullshit. I know if I modded a caR I would want to drive it. There's no way that caR's mileage is correct.

Could be true. Who knows, but I would never pay $35000. That is just nuts, maybe $25000. Also, I don't trust private bids. I've never had a good experience with them. They tend to be fakes.

Damn right. Besides, anyone with half a brain knows how to stop the odo' from rolling and rolling.

I've never understood the whole yellow with white wheel color scheme.

Anyway, he claims a $5k premium was paid over sticker. Bullshit.

i'm trying to determine what adds up to over 5 grand on the car.

racing harts-$1500
apexi coilovers- $2000
aem cai- $220
dc header- $350
dc oil cap- $30
apexi gt spec exhaust- $650
dc spark plug cover- $priceless
that comes out to $4720 in parts that would be a retail price anyways plus the priceless spark plug cover. i'd rather get a $15k itr and put $20k into it.

Looking at the wear on the D/S floormat makes it hard to believe it has 1,264 miles.

100% stock I'd give 20, maybe 21k. as is, 18-19.

It's a used car and there is no way in hell I'd ever pay new MSRP for a used car.

if you read the description carefully, it states that the car was apparently used as a showroom, display only model. that would explain the low mileage if all it did was spend the last five years as a show mobile. if i were serious about it, i'd request for some documentation to authenticate the mileage.

now if all proof of mileage and history checks out, the mods are all reversible and apparently the original parts are still on hand. if the original parts are in brand-new condition without any signs of use, than that also can support their claim of a 1200 mile car.

i'm pretty sure that if a serious buyer came along, you could get this car for thousands less than starting bid. it doesnt hurt to generate some interest with a rediculous starting price, and hey, you never know...someone out there with cash to burn might just pick it up for 35 all that said, if all was true and oem parts put back, i'd pay $30k if it allowed me to turn back the clock and buy a brand-new ITR. call me crazy i dont care, but its not only "what" you buy, but sometimes the "opportunity"
