Crank pulley remover tool
hey was wondering anybody knows where I can pick up a Crank pulley remover tool...I know they make them so its so much easier taking off the main pulley bolt...but I cant find a place to buy it anybody know???
You don't need a tool to remove the pulley, you might need a tool to remove the nut on the pulley though.
Depending on what engine you have, this might or might not work.

In order to do that, you much drop the flywheel cover, and drop the header.

Pretty hard to get to the nuts above the header that hold the cover on.

I paid around $150 for the whole kit, which includes both heads (one for the old D-series and one for the newer B-, F-, H-, and K-series). I bought both because I routinely have to pull the pulleys off all kinds of Hondas, so it was well worth it for me. For around $100, you can just get the one for your application with only the head you need. I've used it a dozen or more times, and it's definitely well worth the money. It pops loose crank bolts that even a 650 ft/lb impact wrench wouldn't budge!

Does this tool make the crank pulley stop spinning when your trying to take it off or does it just help you pull it off. Only hard part about taking the crank off was stickin a screwdriver threw the dam thing and gettin it to not spin. This was on my zc.
yes ef its to stop it from spinning i found a cheaper sight get the same parts from for 110 out the door...thanks for info on where to get it...I just really needed part number to price match
