Default Change Oil pump ?

So i have an LS-Vtec motor b18b block b16a head.

I'm switching out the b18b non-vtec water pump for the GSR pump. I also got the water pump gasket and GSR timing belt so i should be all set there.

I'm thinking about upgrading the oil pump while i'm in there. Are the GSR/ITR/B16 vtec oil pumps all the same? which one should i use and what extra parts do i need i.e. gaskets and such?

Part numbers would be grrrreat. Thanks guys
