after installing the sk2 st2 cams....valves ticking very bad.... if needs to be adjust..wat should i adjust the intake and exhaust to??

 

is the noise in the head? my head ticks badly in my b16, im gonna change out my LMA's becuase i think thats my colprate!

 

Adjust valve lash to 0.005"/0.006" in/ex and see if that helps. This is what JUN3's a very similiar cam likes.

Hey Rocket.....advice on valve lash for S2S3's?

 

I have the same problem with my sk2 stage 2s. I did the valve adjustment at 7in 9exh. I tried 7,8 but the engine was suffocating. I am assuming that the cams eventually wore down the lmas cause the tapping is mostly heard at idle and low rpms.

after u did 7/9 did it sound better? i was just wondering if i could just use the intake sk2 cam and leave the exh stock b16?
