So i ordered my radiator yesterday, got it today!
ordered from radiator barn, they shipped it ups ground..to my amazement i got it today..then i looked on their site and saw they're local. glad i got free shipping :-P.
question is should i go ahead and replace the radiator or wait till thursday (when i get paid) to get new hoses for it too. my old hoses are fine but im wondering if i should replace them anyway just in case

i was thinking about doing that too, especially considering i put bar's stop leak in there to prevent the leak until i could get the radiator, ive heard it can mess with the thermostat. its not a major leak, im only losing about 1/8 of fluid a day, and i drive to/from work an hour and 30 minutes in total each day. i just drive with the ac off so it doesnt get the smell of burning antifreeze in the car (the seal between the metal and plastic tank is whats leaking, its eroded)
Once I ordered one from radiator barn and it got here with multiple foot marks on the box and it had no packaging material at all. It sucked since I needed it but they did refund my money, so no loss except my car still runs way to hot (not the teg, my old 75 malibu).
if you cheap like me....i say just reused your hoses until they actually bust, its not hard to replace the hoses, I can understand if your changing timing belt then go ahead and change the pump too..I have 200k miles on stock hoses and still holds fine....but definitly changed your thermostat....

I think the best advice is do it right the first time.... If something happends youll be kicking yourself for being too anxious, but like said before replace everything, hoses and thermo. plus if you wait and put on some spoon hoses itd be teh hotness
I actually went ahead and got new hoses, a new thermostat, and new screw-clamps to go with the new metal radiator and coolant. i plan on doing a write up on g2ic b/c alot of people have questions about it on there and theres no tut. with pix.
