Hard to see any of the welds, I saw a few of your other manifolds and it seemed like the weld was concave, which is not good.

I noticed that too. Which is why I wanted to see a close up of the welds.

I really don't know if he is going to sell the manifolds he makes, I would assume he does, drinking a beer while doing work on customers parts .

Looks like a Mitsubishi turbo flange. What's the head flange to?

that mani was for a friend. a beer wont kill you. but 10 will.

id take some closeups but the mani is already sold and was picked up earlier today. ill take some closeup pics of the mini ram i weld up tomorrow,.

my early early welds were a bit concave, but lately im damn liberal with the filler rod.

it is a d series log with 14b flange, and why chain the bottle, im the only one in there and its tucked away, if it blows up an kills me, then i guess it was my time

and no, my unit is the 30a smiley tools unit.

and the plasma cutter sucks wind on anything thicker than 3/16.

it cuts sched10 like butter though ans thats why i own it.
thi ssetup was to get me dgoing, and after i get the revenue flowing, ill be upping to a 180 sd or a precision tig 185. and relagating this unit to plasma purposes only
