My winter Build, w/pics
I've had this on HMT for a while, but fiqured some people may want to see it here.
November.
The Collection Has Started:

SRP 75.5Bore, 4.3CC Dome Pistons will give me about 9.15:1CR

My Turbo: .60.63 Freshly rebuilt by Garret, I just need to source the Turbine Housing, but I already had it. Got this for 155.00. Audi Wastegate I modded to be adjustable.

Eagle Rods. No bad for 250 Shipped. Was going to go with TTs, but couldn't pass these up.

The Dirty old block that already had ARP Studs.

The Head. The CAMS are out to get reground at Delta with http://www.thezcr.com Group Buy. It's also going to use JG Cam Gears when julio_boostmante gets my MO.

TullosTech Electronic Boost Controller.

I also have small parts like Adj. FPR and such.
Now before these next pics, I know everyone will see this as pointless and ricey, but I don't give a ****!!! I've always wanted one, got the chance and now I doing it!
Let the Stripping Begin

The whole car, braced, and stripped, goignt to a Dark Grey Metalic colour in the end. Kinda a mess now. We have people storing crap in our shop, and I've been busy building traction bars.

Here the clincher that I know most people will flame about, agian save it, I don't need your opinions on this one!
RHD Firewall I got from my cli. I have everything I need to do this.

So ya my car is going to be a RHD. Trust me, in my area, I'll be the only one. I have the knowledge and have friend/family members teh are autobody mechanics, so in no way am I doing this blind.
Updated for Dec. 9
Stripping Paint. I know I didn't need it to bare metal, but I'm using chemical stripper that worked so well that it was next to no work, and I at least wanted to get every coat from the Yellow Paint off.

I was so happy to see the yellow come off!! I don't know what I was thinking. HMT helped me see the light as it was painted before I knew this place was around!!

Bare Roof

Nice and clean!!

Tools of the trade.

RHD Conversion Continues. I just need to seperate 1 small seam per side which will take less then an hour then it's out. Everything is dirty from sanding.

Half-Cleaned Block, Waiting for Hotrex to send some Devcon Block Filler!

HMT Hot Tank. Bucket of Varsol and let her sit!

Getting pretty clean!

And the reason I have time to do this, and the way I get around now!!!!

Why do you say that? I got the Pistons for 265.00 with rings so I don't care about the over bore. At 25.00 a Cylinder I know everything is round again.

Nice, I want to just touch the "You need a Cage" To race here range!
320whp should easy to do! More with a bigger turbo. The best I've seen out of a street ZC is about 470. Can't remeber who it was, but it was OBD1. I'm sticking OBD0 for now. I've gotten good with TurboEdit anf d if I have the funds will go RealTime Programming.

You would be surprised how little I got into the car before this and after. The thing has Integra brake all aroung 3" exhuast I made myself and so on. The only thing I haven't done to the car myself is the paint. We tried, but was given some shitty materials so I took it to a local shop and the finished the last few coats for me.
MANY hours have went into the car, Hours in the shop, hours on the road tuning, hours in the Junkyards grabbing parts.
Just for an idea, here's a small brek down of what the price tag this year is roughly.
Pistons: 295.00 Shipped with rings
Rods: 250.00 shipped
Cams: 150.00 or so
Cam Gears: 80.00 Shipped
Block Filler: 55.00 Shipped
Various Gasket: Don't know yet
Machine work: Looking for about 200-250 if my friend can find me a slot at his shop
Turbo: 190 Shipped, may upgrade a housing to a T4. So about 290.00 in the end.
Charge Piping: DIY. Me buddy and I are getting a good deal on SS Pipe through his work because we are Turboing he b16 this winter too.
Manifold: 70.00 to 120.00 Made be me.
I already have the ECU, LSD, Intercooler and so on.
RHD Clip with everything but motor: 250.00, I plan on selling the brakes, axles, and heater controls.
Paint and materials: Haven't decided if I'm doing it yet or not. My Bro-in-Law was going to, but due to family issues he won't be able to, so I may prime it and I know 3 Guy pretty well who own seperate body shops, and this car will stand out in my area so the would love to put their name on it.
Suspension: Already have it.
Traction Bars: OF COURSE JKMotorsports (ME)
Slicks: MT 24.5x9x13, 225.oo Shipped.
Rims for slicks: Diamond Race Wheels when I determine the size.

Here we go again. Another Update. Not too much has happened, just doing small other things and some private jobs.
Firewall is out!

Side by Side

Some Cancer areas hidden underneath.

Just sitting in there, needs a little shoe horning but it will go!

Other rust repairs. New quarter welded in and smoothed a bit.

Sanded panel, needs a little love in some spots but not bad at all.

Block Ready for fill. Shipping Baron, WTF is my block filler!!! You and all of us know who you are!

Head all cleaned up.

And just incase people didn't see the before here it is.

Due to costs and time, the car is now going black because we have left overs from another project, and it really good quality paint so why not.
Next project, Our 48 Ford frame is back from sandblasting with a coat of primer to protect it until we get to boxing it in.
