Works much better the way I got it just a little close to rad. fan but some Ex wrap fixxed that.

The adapter on the distributor is a tower that comes in MSD coil kits along with the coil wire. I just drilled a hole through were the old coil was and cleaned the plastic away and screwed this thing on works good so far.

Well considering that at 5500rpm and up boost creeps from 14psi to like 34psi (bad wastegate placement.) and I feel the runners are restricting as hell. I want to get a better manifold like I should have done in the first place but this one probably wouldnt be too bad for lower horepower and if one was to redo the wastegate placement.

Barely any between it and the master cyl. I have to take the brake resivour off to put the engine in I am a little worried that the manifold might slap the master cyl when the motor torques.

Man, talk about all go and no show.. Thats one ugly piece of machinery but I put my money on that thing haulin ***.. I'm really excited to see how the head flows ans what your thoughts on the Crowers are.. I'm looking into the Crower IIs for my project as well.. Its nice to see someone staying with a non-vtec head.. Its thougher to get more power -- but a bigger accomplishment when you do.. Motor looks great !!! Good luck with it..

You should buy a carbon fiber or fiberglass lip to cover the bottom of the IC.. Reduce flow some but look much better.. Just a thought

is this going to be a drag only car? If so you should have welded the diff together and made a spool instead of using that phantom grip. I don't think it'll hold up that well under 500+ hp.

Can you post a pick of the clearance you have between the wastegate and the compressor housing?

Thanks,
Justin

I see, here's something strange for you then. I have MSD wires, and a MSD HVC coil, but the coil wire doesn't match the coil? Funny, you'd think that they would make them fit each other, being they are both make BY THE SAME COMPANY

Hell yeah i love 2nd Gen Integra, I used to have one but let a hacker **** with it and he screwed it up and then i meet Dave from PSI he fixed me up real nice, ls/vtec/turbo Stock on 7psi ran 13.6 108mph on street tires in the 1/4 mile. These cars are great nobody expects anything, make you feel good spanking on gsr's and type r's. Looks great man keep up the good work love the dash with the guages...... 2 Thumbs!!!!! I LOVE IT

interesting to see most of your vacuum hoses are braided lines, except for the wastegate.

Drag_on yeah the guy that did the head said on his flow bench he got about 40 cfm more out of ea. cyl. I absolutly love staying non-vtec. Also I thought of a Carbon F front lip but right now I am just puttin the money in getting the thing runnin good so hopefully in the future I will.

Stackz: Well that was the first intention but I still might drive it around town probably still will end up with a spool and just deal with the steering issues.

olsonjus: it sits about 1.5''-2'' above the compressor housing but I am getting a new mani so thats no issue.

liam821: it is a lot of fun to drive 4th gear burnouts are a ******* AWSOME feeling. I'll let you know on the dyno when I get it back on hopefully not to long.

int3gra: yea I had a braided line for the wastegate but the stupid boost controller for my Haltech is hard plastic

Thanks everyone for all the compliments, It makes me feel so good about doing all the non-stop work for a year to get this thing running when I hear peoples compliments. So hopefully I will have it to the dyno within the next month or 2 so I will keep you all updated on how she is doing.

Thanks everybody
Jess
