***********DC2 GSR Tech Question************
I just bought a 95 GSR Manual for my gf and I'm having an issue. I took it to my friend that is a Honda Mechanic to do a valve adjustment. I was there while he was doing it and I saw the accessory was on the whole time. He called me later that night, said it was done but had to put the battery charger on it, it was dead when he finished up. I went up late that night to start it, nothing, I jumped it, nothing. Then I poped the clutch and got it going. He said he thought it was the starter, I put another starter in it, nothing. I jumped the starter with a wire, still nothing. He said he wants to run the volt meter over everything and see whats up. He said also possibly the ingition switch. Does anyone have any ideas, car runs great when it was going home, but just cant get a turn over on it. Let me know.
Thanks
Thanks

It sounds like your mechanic buddy's got a hold of the situation, but if you replaced your starter with a known good starter (not just new out of the box) then it's not getting a start signal. And the way to figure out why is to put a volt meter on the circuit. But the coil is not your problem if the car is running.
