You should talk to the person who rebuilt your motor.

Some people will say it's better to get on your car as soon as you take it out for a test drive, and some say it's better.

The motors my brother has rebuilt for others, and for I, we have gotten on on the inital start up. He just follows the Honda check-list.

And one of them is, test motor under all conditions.

But I advise you to take it to your builder, you can't go wrong doing that.

I've heard drive it like you're going to drive it. I don't think you'll get a precise answer here.

Run it hard, 2nd to 4th gear, then do not brake when declerating, let the motor slow you down.

Do this 2-3 times, within the FIRST 20 mins/200 miles!

Describe fully built?

Its a weird little subject because the block and the head require 2 different break in's.

For the block you want to run it hard and quick then take it easy so the piston rings can sit correctly.

But for the head because its springs you want to break it in easy so you dont have to do valve adjustment sooner.

I would break it in for the first 1000 miles and then take it to the track
