Default B18B1 (Integra LS) valve cover oil leak problems

Ok, we'll I was leaking oil on my valve cover gasket kit so i got a new kit with new everything ( including O rings ). Put it on, stopped the valve cover gasket leaking, but when i did a valve adjustment, i found out when i pulled my sparkplug wires out, oil was in there. So then i used honda bond or whatever and sealed back my valve cover gasket kit. Few months later, i test to see if im still leaking oil in there, and it is still leaking into my spark plug wires, all 4. What can fix this? i tried searching but i did what it was told to do.. i dont have a hole in my block or head or wahtever because my motor runs pretty strong. I hear if i get new washer where the bolts on valve cover go, it might fix it because the washers tend to get flat over the years? someone help please because i am planning on going turbo and dont want oil leaks..

If it were me, personally I would replace the 4 sparkplug gaskets on the valve cover, put it back on and torque it down to factory spec. Typically the cause for a leaky valve cover is something is too tight, or not tight enough. Either way, I'd use Honda Bond once again but an EXTREMELY thin layer of it, just to make sure you will have no problems. It's about all you can do unless your valve cover is cracked or something.
