there ar two things this could be one your brake fluid is low. Or the brake fluid
resivor sensor is bad. It is part of the resivor cap if you look it has two wires coming out of it

there is a S/B to replace the sensor only and the filter. Your local Honda dealer will have the parts in stock. very common. very cheap repair.

i think my gauges are all f--ked up cause when my tailights go out my brake light stays, on isnt there suppose to be another light for that? either way i replace the bulb and then it cuts off.

I have a 93 Si and mine will stay on until i wiggle my ebrake and then it might come back on until i push it down a little with my hand. If I let the light stay on then my ABS light will come on, but once I shut the car off the light goes off.

its the cold weather that causes this. Happen to me recently. The light only comes on in morning and goes away when the car is warm. U can solve the problem by cleaning the the wires on the ebrake handle, it sticky stuff gets stuck together when it gets cold which causes the light to stay on.
