Is it possible to Re-Thread axle studs?
I stripped many studs on my axle while taking off and putting back on wheels. Is it possible to just re-thread them instead of buying and installing new ones? Any help is appreciated!

oh studs? You said axle, so I figured the big *** threaded portion of the axle
Either way, from my experience, most places wont have the metric dies. Be very sure that theyre going to be safe after you "fix" them...

If you've stripped the threads....I would just suggest you replace them with some factory or reliable aftermarket studs. Like he said "it's hard to find metric." Goodluck!

ARP studs would be a good choice, seeing many use them....

Thanks for all the input. Don't have time, that's the problem, however, if it means my safety in all of your opinions I guess I will HAVE to make time. Thanks!
