HELP! tranny problem!!

Ok like it says every gear is fine just got a new clutch and everything and 1st,2nd,4th,5th are fine but when i go into 3rd it grinds... is this my syncranizer?

If you have a hydraulic tranny check your fluid first. I'm having the same problem, but I just realized my resevior is EMPTY. I'm going to try some fluid in there first.
