Default HELP, JDM Gurus

After looking at the Accord Wagon club web site we decided that the car was running badly and getting horrible mileage because the JDM H22A ECU uses pin #8 on the A plug to control the fuel pump and the USDM F22 ECU uses pin #7 on the A plug. So we decided to swap them. Well it was indeed the problem with the rich conditions and the CEL, but now we have no VTEC. Any help that you can offer would be great. Thanks in advance.
