Default EM1 Civic Si... Lowering questions

I sold my raced out eg turbo hatch not long ago... and know I own a 99 si. I noticed that the ride height on these things are pretty high stock. I do enjoy the stock ride but are there any springs out there that will give a me a bit of drop and still be safe on Stock struts... i am not to much of a suspensionn guy. Please help me out. thanks

How safe are the stock struts with those though.... I am trying to get just a slightly lower stance... I like the S-techs but I am not sure if you can use stock struts or not.

Riding lowering springs on stock shocks isn't a safety issue. I know many people that have done it fine, it just wears out the shocks quicker. You might have to replace them earlier, so if you can its best to save up for the proper shocks.

i ran s-tech's for a year on stock shocks and dint blow em, so it all depends on how u drive on em. rides pretty damn close to stock.
