Prelude SH: ATTS problems

my friend's atts light is on. it's the second time. last time it was on, he got it fixed by replacing 2 O2 sensors. after couple months it came on again. wtf? what's the problem here?

Maybe ATTS unit is going bad. If he needs another one I have a complete Sh tranny with ATTS for sale. Look at my signature. Thanks

but I don't understand how changing the O2 sensors fixed the problems last time.
