Manual Transmition and Motor swap (a few different choices in motors)
i seem to remember you mentioning that this car was automatic in another thread. Manual Conversion will actually make it a lil faster.

What exactly do you mean by better gear ratios?
As far as making it faster I'd say that a boosted B18B is the way to go.... If you dont have that much money simple bolt-ons suffice for a LITTLE more power.

Love the color,mines the gay light blue metallic.Would look hot with some bronze wheels...LS/VTEC seems like a good idea at first,but I wouldn't do it without building the bottom end first.I'd go with the basics,intake,header,exhaust,maybe some hotter cams if it's gonna be your daily driver.Then if you want more,B16 is an easy swap in the DA.

you should make is ls/vtec it should cost you 800 with labor some ctr cams and call it a day unless you have tons of cash to spend.You will notice the difrence...

To you Elbowpunk, A good not so expensive mod to encrease your power and revs... You could look into an underdrive pulley kit. Or possibly a Lightwheight flywheel.

WTF... no one has bothered to mention wieght. Make it light... it is usualy free but requires time. Example.. we put a d16 in a Fiat x19. Does not sound like much but we put 154 to the ground in a car that weighs right about 1400 lbs with me in it. That has put the car down to a low 12 without even using the nitrous. Go through the car and get rid of the heavy and not so heavy things in it. You would be surprised what 5 lbs here and 15 lbs there can do
Other than that, the sky is kinda the limit here. I mean the real question is.. how far down the rabbit whole do you wanna go and what do you wanna spend... those are the real questions

first thing dude....get that auto out of your car. i myself have done a auto to manual swap in my previous 93 ls and i can tell you....it was like night and day. the car got so much faster and fun to drive.
also put in 92+ cams and intake manifold and TB....bout 10-12 more hp(flywheel)
