ATS FD price
around 750 give or take 25 bux. You can get it from Dave @ R&D or Mike & IPS. As for install, I just supplied some bear and the FL/NC crew helped with the install. I could have done it myself, but would have taken about 2 days. With someone that has dones it before, it took use just about 6 or 7 hours. If you've never worked on your car before and have no tools, take it to some one or call up some friends.
Or you can order it directly from the US importer, Yasu at Racing Craft: http://www.RacingCraft.com/

Basically those three should be done together when you pull out the tranny. Especially when you have to pay out of your pocket. So I suggest save up and buy all three, then go with the install. Installation will be 600+
Well, for me I chose a light weight flywheel and the ATS/FD. I have about 18,000 miles on the Odo and don't need a new clutch, I don't abuse it and during the install my mechanic said it was in great shape.
I also tend to like th ITR's OEM clutch, it does the job and has such a nice feeling, nothing rough or difficult, just smoothe engagement.
Thanks A.P. Yasu is a great guy in person, and Hell, he actually sold Foo his FD which is what he ran for last seasons win at Laguna Seca.
Good luck,
A.
