Default 40HP for $1000

i saw it in magazine, it says you could gain about 40 HP, for $1000,, it says to get intake, exhaust, headers, and intercooler.. does n e one have n e other suggestion??

Well say you get the intercooler, first you will need a TURBO! And once you get the Turbo you won't have a need for the header or the intake! So the information you read was FALSE! 40HP usually cost more then $1000. Unless you go Nitrous.....Nitrous is the best bang for the $$$$. But not the most reliable. IMO

dude, that's the scariest thing. this same post appeared in clubsi.com... and i wrote the same exact comment about the electric BOV.

WOW! sounds like a good deal, where do I sign up?

I bet you $50 that the intercooler, by itself, is what makes a majority of that 40 horseypower!

I'll have to talk to Hector about getting some Motech exhaust to harness the additional 40hp as well, on top of the 3 spoon crate engines I have coming in!

Did the article even mention what type of i/h/e or intercooler or for even what type of car? Do they have dyno plots to prove it? Then don't believe it!!!!
