Default SI swaybar help!!! (endlink)

i'm trying to take off the rear SI swaybar. when i try to loosen the bolt that connects the sway to the LCA(endlink?), the stud keeps spinning. what i mean is that i've loosened the bolt a little bit but now the bolt and stud are fused together somehow and theyspin together...and the other side is that round end so i cant figure out how to hold the stud while i loosen the bolt. any advice?
