Default Misaligned tranny question.

Okay I have a question, I've got an H22 EG hatchie. I swapped out the old H23 tranny for a H22 tranny about a month or so ago now I've got problems. On the tranny engine mount we weren't able to get a bolt in to bolt down to the tranny, so basically I was a bolt too short of a full set. I didn't think it was a huge deal. I knew the car would vibrate at higher speeds. But anyways today I was driving the car around and every once in awhile I'd hear what sounded like something hitting the firewall on the passenger side. Like a little whack. Then when I'd drive the car in reverse I'd hear something rubbing on the drivers side. All this has only occured today never before. This is why it was tripping me out. I took the drivers side front wheel off and didn't see anything noticeable. Everything was tight and the axle was firmly in place. No tire rub. But then a little later as I was looking at the motor, I noticed it was sitting way crooked. The drivers side was way higher than the passengers side. I looked underneath and could see the tranny sitting close to the header. Then as I was driving it back from the shop thats gonna fix it, I was driving and went from 1st to 2nd and a little into 2nd I hear a loud like grinding noise coming from the tranny area. It wouldn't allow the car to go forward in any gear whatsoever after that. All I can is loud grinding coming from the tranny area. What could this possibly be? Busted tranny, busted differential, tranny case, misalignment??? So here's my solution, pull the rear mount and passenger side mount out and then put them back in firmly with all bolts connected. But I have a few questions before hand. I have placeracing mounts and a friend I know was telling me to weld them to the fenderwall, is that a good idea?? I'd rather just get Hasports in the future but can't afford them for awhile. Is this really necessary? Ever since I did the tranny swap, I've had shifting problems. It could be the tranny indeed but could it possibly have anything to do with the motor not being properly aligned?? I'm asking this because it grinds 99% of the time trying to go into 3rd. It won't even allow it in. But I have been able to get it in if i try a couple of times, but most of the time I just go to 4th. All my other gears are fine. I was told that maybe because of the misalignment it's also misaligning the tranny also.

Hard to say without seeing the car, especially since the car wasn't designed to work with the engine/trans combination you have in there now...

cmon nobody hass any input whatsoever??? About any part of this topic??? Mounts being welded??? Motor mount issue??? Tranny Issue??? I think this is the only topic created that I've only seen one response other than the creators. Okay then besides point when I rip out the tranny what should I replace besides a 3rd gear syncro, and possibly the 3rd gear?? Throw out bearing, Input shaft bearing, all the bearings??? R the bearings generally expensive??? Seals??? The more the better I realize but also comes the budget. Thanks for any input.
