main relay/ fuel relay location?
anyone have picture or can point me to where the main / fuel relay is located in the 99-00 civic? Search and they said its below the steering wheel in the fuse box location....cant seem to find it.....

damn I hope this the answer to fix my car...my car wont start...it cranks but wont catch....i have spark and fuel. when i move my ecu and the wire harness...I can hear a relay clicking...now i cant hear it anymore and my car is dead.....
Ihope swapping this relay helps....Ive done all mechanical check and it seems fine...i thinks its electrical now...

your symptoms sound like a bad connection in the harness more than the main relay troubles. But try the relay frist.

I think its the harness also....when i turn my ignition to the on button....i can still hear my relay having power.....I dont know anymore.....
