well on my b16a motor, may be different on yours. its located in the hood on the far upper corner driver side. its a plug you can actually take out and put it in your pocket. this is on my 95 civic coupe, but yours canbe different.

I believe the relay is located behind, the fuse box on the driver's side. You need to remove the panel under the steering wheel.
Look in the general vicinity of the fuse box, you'll see a gray box and redish where the harness is pluuged in. It is held in place by a 10 or 12mm bolt (not too sure) but you know what I mean. The relay itself has about 7 pins (i believe) on it and Mitsuba should be printed in the relay itself.
