I have a b16 with Y1 tranny and have just bought a set of stage 3 axles for 94-01 integra with the female drivers axle, anyway I went and picked up a 98 integra half shaft and went to bolt it all up but it won't mate up to the block?? I have a 98 ITR half shaft and it works fine, I went and called acura thinking I was given one to a automatic and they said it was the same part number and that I need a half shaft to ITR or JDM B16A. the only difference that I could see was the distance between the mount and the shaft...

Has anyone encountered this problem and/or any sugestion son what I can do, I need my ITR shaft so I can't give it up.

 

you also have to change the tranny seal on that side to one from whatever that intermediate shaft is from
