which one is better

i have a b18a1 non vtec motor and im trying to find out which vtec head to get which is better b16 or gsr which will improve my car better im trying to haul *** in the 4 dr help plz

b16a heads out outflow +94 gsr heads..Theres a bunch of different b16 heads though,,Best is the pr3 type-r

GSR has higher compression, B16 flows better.

personally, i would get the B16.... the type R manifold bolts up... which is also a pr3.

i would get the b16 also, i think a stock gsr head with stock headgasket on a ls block made like over 12:1 ratio and correct me if im wrong but b16 will not change your compression.
