Well I got in a motorcycle accident last weekend and my hand is in a cast, makes it hard to type. But I can still mouse, so I was inspired to finish up my JGTC Video from last December which requires no typing really.

It turned out pretty good.

I put it up on Google video, where it looks pretty crappy due to compression, and some of the quick stuff is too blurry.

Google video is in beta for sure.

Their servers seem to 'lose' the video sometimes, and then it pops back up.

I'll try to post a 50 meg DIVX of it.

Dude, why don't we go to Japan the week of F1 at Suzuka. On October 9th there's F1, then on the 14-15th Super GT races at Autopolis.

 

id go to motegi race and go to hondas museum if i were to go to any japanese race.

i dont think hondas suzuka plant would be open to public tours...

 

ooooh japan! i really wouldn't mind a week there. any longer and i think i'd get tired of sushi. dunno if i can handle my two big trips of the year in asia though... (other is to thailand for 2 weeks)

I was all over. On one of the days I had a press pass so got some additional access, but really most of the best shots were public.

If you guys ever get serious about seeing a JGTC race at Motegi or Fuji, please let me know. I am about 2 hrs. drive away from Motegi, 3 hrs. from Fuji-Speedway (both are great facility's), hour from NRT (airport) and 1.5 from Tokyo. I could host a few people. The Honda Museum is awesome!! You could easily spend several hours there, taking a ton of pic's. They also have the R&D museum, showing how stuff was done and projects they are working on. You can do virtual drive around Motegi (car or bike). You can also ride the kart's and maybe the skid course or water course. Done the carts and the water-course but not the skid course. Just keep it in mind.

Paramax opted out of JGTC indefinitely. Mike is hard at work with his XDL show instead.
