Default ECU problems

i am helping my boy put a ODBII GSR in his ef hb. I have no clue what ecu to run. I cann't find any odbo - odbII ecu jumpers. I am needing some help. Can the b16 that came in the ef work? and what about any extra wiring from the motor to the chassis. See I am the mechanical one not the wire guy. any and all help would be great.
thanks

Get a preobd to obd1 conversion harness and run an obd1 ecu..p72 gsr or chipped p28..Just get rid of the crank angle sensor

or You can use the pre obd b16 ecu but you have to get a pre obd distributor and find a way to compensate for the different motor..obd1 is better anyway..
