Default Audio GURUS please help me out

Here's my problem, I'm buying a Integra GSR that is equipped w/ a fairly decent stereo setup. The owner wants to take out the Phoenix Gold Subwoofer Amp powering the 2 subs. Will this ruin the sound of the stereo???? There is another Eclipse 4 channel amp powering the rest of the speakers. I don't know much about stereos, please help me out. Thx in advance -Ryan

If hes only taking out the subs then it wont ruin it that much. For sure there wont as much bass without the sub but youll be fine.

the subs wont work but you will have some ridiculous mids and highs. why is he getting rid of the subs?

He's not getting rid of the subs, just the sub amp, so this will make the subs not work?

You could run the highs off the headunit(aftermarket) And bridge the 4ch. to run the subs. Not the best solution, but it'll get the job down.
Simplier to buy another amp, what type of subs and do u know what ohm they are?

just buy the same amp. PG is a pretty decent company, and if you get the same amp you won't have to worry about anything, unless he bridged them. But i doubt it.
