Default Golden Eagle BlockGuards For D16z6 Installation

Hi ive heard many different ways to install block guards but i neve really found one specifically for golden eagle block guards . Im planning to boost up 1.8bar so i need this pretty urgently . Installing into a D16Z6 . Do i hammer it in , tap it in ? weld it ? also where do i fit it ? at the top of the block or the middle portion of the cylinder ?? really newbie thanks a lot for the help !

P.S im blackmoon from D-series

It goes at the top. They usually require a bit of grinding to get in there perfectly which insures that they'll stay where you put them. But they just slip in after you do the necessary grinding.

You do know that 1.8bar is like 26psi, right? And youre only going to use a block guard, you say? Sounds like trouble, unless we're talking about the tiniest turbo, which would them make the tiniest amount of power...
I suggest you rethink this.

The absolute correct way is to have it machined in. Just bashing it in with a hammer isnt the best idea and grinding it too much may have adverse affects.
It states on the instructions (if you have them) that you check the bore round after installation, since beating them in can cause warp.

It should be roughly 1/8 to 1/4" from the top of the block. You can put some welds on it, but its not necessary.
