looking for advice and opinions
I posted my project a few days ago on this board. Recently I have been having doubts about the mini me swap I plan on doing. I am looking for a good build that is reliable since this will be my every day driver. I already have the mini me parts but I have been thinking of selling them and just getting a jdm d15b vtec swap. Money is an option so I am trying to do the best I can with what little funds I have. Out of the three choices below which would you guys do?
My car is a 90 Civic Si, 5spd, 133k, new exedy clutch 20k ago, no other mods besides a cheap ram-air intake that was on the car when I bought it.

and then your going to stop modding altogether once you get the d15b? or you then become conflicted whether you should still go all-motor or turbo or dohc?
think it over as to what you want to accomplish ultimately. flipping through different setups is very expensive. if money is low and reliability is crucial to survival then a few sensible mods on your current motor might be the way to go.

ulitmately i just want something reliable that will last. if I did get the d15b i would probably do just bolt on mods i/h/e. so far if it was just money the cheapest route for me know would be to put the z6 head on my a6, the only thing preventing me from doing that is my friend told me he knows a bunch of people who have done mini-mes and they dont last for long. also there is the option is just building my a6 which I would do cam, maybe z6 intake manifold since i have one (heard it flows better) upgraded throttle body, fuel rail, i/h/e and that would probably be it.
