Default SPC lower control arms

hi there, alright I was wondering what lower controls arms really do. If its a good upgrade because Im doing my sway bars and tie bar. Since Im gonna have my suspension out I will also have my control arms out as well so I can do it one shot, so need opinions to do it or not.

PS. does the control arm kit includes urethane bushing let me kno

Good for:
1. Replacing the stockers if they are destroyed during the swap, and you can get a good deal on them (cheaper than OEM).
2. Adding a swaybar, if your stock arms do not have holes for a swaybar (and you can get them cheaper than OEM units with swaybar mounting points)
3. If they have improved bushings, to reduce deflection compared to the stock ones.
Not good for:
1. Weight reduction
2. "Correcting" negative camber gained by lowering the car

All just my opinion.

theyre pretty worthlesss pieces of bling as far as any typical user is concerned, i think.

and i recommend you ESPECIALLY dont get SPC LCA because they purposely mess with the length of the LCA by shortening it, and totally removing negative camber. which to me is not a positive thing. and will hurt your handling performance.
