Default JSpec B16A 2nd gen. question!!!

This Spring Im putting a B16A 2nd gen (168hp) in my 97 hatch with the usual I/H/E and I figure with those bolt on I should have around 190hp at the engine. My question is what kinda of quarter do you guys think I could hopr to obtain with that power. I mostly asking because my friend says around 14.8 and Im thinking more like 14.5 so Im trying to put an end to this debate which has been going on for about a month.

I will for sure settle it on the track when the time is right but for now I just want to have some kind of answer!!!!

youll be lucky if you have 185 to the flywheel, VERY lucky.
the way it works. when companies say my product adds 8 hp 10 hp etc is the engine is already equipped with the other portions. like if your installing a header the intake and exhaust are already on, and because of the restricted flow at the stock header they add minumal hp. so when the header goes on it allows ALL of the products to work properly and recieve proper airflow. the header would bottleneck the rest of the system. 10-15hp MAX from all 3.
i would guess mid to low 15.
