I would suggest in this order -
OBD-1 Conversion + P28 Chipped with correct P2P maps
TurboEdit + Correct P2P Maps + A creative way to spark up VTEC

are there any problems in running a b16 ecu on a single cam...i heard there are knock sensor problems??? or something

You can either purchase a Jumper harness from the lovely gents at http://www.rywire.com/ or you can wire it yourself.

from obd0-obd1 you need more than just the jumper harness.
you will also need the obd1 injectors with matching clips, remove the injector resistor box and a 4 wire o2 sensor. p28 is the way to go
