Default complete rebuild on gsr motor what whould you do

ok heres the deal my neighber has a gsr with 115,000 miles the last 25,000 or so where kinda hard drivin miles he wants to tear down the motor an do a complete rebuild

hear what he was thinking can you guys tell me if this is a good list and what whould you chaneg and why, this is gonna be a daily driven all motor car runing on 93-94 octane, i put a * next to the thing hes already got, and iput next to each mod how much i think i whould cost if im wrong please correct

send the head to local shop and get full port and polish 3 angle valve job bore it a little and other stuf you guys suggest $1,000-$1500

the block have it ? dont no about the block need help with that $ dunno depends on what you guys suggest

internals
toda spec c's $799
full toda valve train $599
around 11 or 12 -1 pistons ? what brand $400 est
rods?what brand $400 est
misc thing that whoudl be needed to be replaced ? what should he replace ie seal etc $350 est

bolt ons
*aem intake
toda headers $599
race cat $139
*apex n1 catback exhaust
*skunk2 intake manifold
throttle body? what size $200
*msd ignition,plugs and plugs wires etc
fuel pump , 440injectors fuel filter etc $300

engine managment

hondata stage ? which whoudl you suggest and with what features $500


tranny
*act 6 puck
*lightened flywheel
*dc sports short shifter short shifter

and i can do the install on most of the stuff, like i can take apart the block and head and send it off but i dunno about installin ther cams,rods,pistons valve train is this hard

if he forgot anything or you wanna suggest anything

well i wouldnt use 440 injectors. if he is going N/A dont go any bigger than 310

stay with OEM pistons.
http://www.bojangz.com/calculator and you can figure out a desired compression with his set up.

have his rods shotpeened and polished. balance and blueprint everything.

mugen ecu
ngk plugs and wires

this is a little more budget oriented, but it works never-the-less.

With N/A, go with the highest CR as possible. 12.5:1 with standalone is nice ...

From what I've heard, hypereutectics are better for N/A for street applications because they take the amount of punishment dished out. if it's going to be full race, then go with the forged. I just said OEM because they are cheaper and just fine for street.
