Default Gab shocks??

Hey do you guys know if Gab shocks are descent or is it just another Japanese low cost product. I am looking into a new suspension and I'm trying to explore all the options, but I can't find any info. on these shocks. Is anyone riding on these guys, and if so what's your impression of them. thanx guys/gals.

the gab super strokes are excellent shocks but are a bit stiff in nature, but they can take a good beating and still function very well.

It's my understanding that either someone else makes them now, or they are very rare, or something like that. People say they are a very high-end brand, especially with their shortened body adjustable models and stuff like that. I don't know much about them, though.

so are they going to feel like i'm riding on cement struts or are they somewhat forgiving, i really don't want something that's going to be 10 stiffer than the factory setup. this is a daily driven vehicle, so i'd want something along the lines in the sport setup not full race. waht do you guys think i should go with, with that in mind?

A lot of the JDM cars imported into ireland have GAB shocks and theyre a top end performance shock, i know a guy who has them in his pulsar GTiR and they are excellent, but i think they may be more suited to rally orientated cars such as WRX/STi's and lancer EVO's, there are two different GAb shocks available for the integra (1)the Super R which would be more street orientated and (2)GAB potenza which is more track. but GAB would be up there along with TIEN/OHLINS/JIC/MUGEN and ZEAL so theyre definetly reliable worthy shocks!

I think that just started recently, they didn't make older ones (similar to older and newer RS*R exhausts).

Not too recently as I inquired KYB about this a couple of years ago and they confirmed it.
