Default EG + K-Series + Lowered?

I know there are a lot of clearance problems with the K-Series in the EG/EK. I was wondering if there are any ways to deal with this, to allow you to safely lower your EG? I hope to put a k20a in my car come May, but I really don't want to have a 'high' car. My next best bet would be a b18c, but I really want to go k20a. Any thing been done about this yet?

Ooh aight, so the TSX pan is what I want to use. I assume that all the K-Series pans bolt up? Since he's using a (i believe) k20a2 powerplant, and now the k24 pan, and I plan on running a k20a out of a dc5r.

I don't think that is a different oil pan on the k24. I believe, if memory serves me correctly, that the k24 has a wider more shallow oil pan than the k20a. Correct me if I'm wrong Andy.

I just read there site, they moved them more to the passenger side for accessory clearance, but not up for ground clearance .

The K24 Accord oil pan is significantly more shallow and it only costs $50 new from Honda. Be forewarned, though, that the bolts for a type-S oil pan are shouldered and will not secure a non-type-S oil pan to a K-series block .

Ask me how I know
