Default f22b1 swap questions for 92 hatch

Now i did a lot of research on this topic but found very little information because it not so common. Well i have a 95 accord ex with a f22b1 motor and i just got a 92 hatch, so i want to put the f22b1 in my hatch. Now i know the h22 motor mounts will work but i was wondering what axles i would need and any other things i would need. Well any help would be appreciated.

the time and money you spend on putting it in will not be worth it. unless of course you plan on boosting that bish. with the iron sleeves, i remember seeing the block handling 13psi stock! other than that reason, just get a B.

h mounts = $450-$500
axles + inter. shaft = $150
cutting up your shifter hole = priceless

for that money, you can probably find an LS swap

do it....stock for stock it will probably be faster than an LS swap, plus way more original.

personally i dont think its worth it, but if you're set on doing this, its pretty much the same as an h series swap, just its a hell of alot slower

if u have experience and time with cars then go ahead and do it. you'd get much more torque than a b18b (LS). hp is around 145 with the f22b1 i believe. i used to drive one . but its only when the puny sohc VTEC engages around like 2300 on that motor i think. gives only like 15 hp over the non-vtec version. so yeah i guess do it for the torque but then ur 95ex wont have a motor in it anymore and thats kinda a waste unless that car was cracked. just my 2 cents.

those motors can make good power. Search around accordinglydone.com. there are some guys in the low 15's with good bolt-ons and a H22 or H23 tranny. In a hatch that could easily be low 14's

i think you have to use the accord vtec solenoid, if i remember correctly the h/f series ones are backwards or something like that
